Silent Auction Donation Form

 

 

 

 

IDEAS FOR SILENT AUCTION ITEMS: weekends/weeks at vacation homes (beach houses/condos, ski houses, etc), golf outing at a country club, theme baskets (examples: wine basket , theater basket w/ dinner & tickets to a show, etc).

IDEAS FOR RAFFLE PRIZES: Gift cards to restaurants, sporting goods shops and favorite stores, theater tickets, golf outings, private training sessions, spa/salon certificates -- all of these are prizes that any of us would enjoy Be creative!

Please deliver the donations to the Auction/Raffle Committee c/o Angel Tinnirello, 83 Jennings Road, WP, NY, on or before March 26, 2010.
